Hello! My name is Liana Audette and I’m a junior at UMASS Dartmouth majoring in political science with a minor in sustainability. After graduation, I plan on taking my education a step further. I’ve contemplated a Master’s in Public policy, but I’m also thinking of pursuing a PhD. Growing up in a small city, I’ve always been amazed by the accomplishments of capital cities. Hartford has a rich cultural history, and is the birthplace of all public parks in the United States. I hope to learn more about the inner dynamics of the city, and I hope to take that knowledge to my public policy career.
